The Company also announced that Pablo Cagnoni, M.D., Chief Executive Officer of Rubius Therapeutics, will resign from the Board of Directors to focus on other commitments, effective immediately.

Doug co-founded Ra Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RARX) in 2008 and has been Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors since its inception.
