How to lose fat without losing muscle | How to cut properly
Cutting is one of the hardest aspects of bodybuilding. It is very tough to lose fat and try and maintain the muscle you gained on your bulk, and at the same time stay motivated while seeing results come very slowly. I have recently completed a cut, and I only did it simply just to see what my physique looks like at a low bodyfat percentage. In particular I found that I need to work on my lower lats, my forearms, and the back of my legs (hamstrings and calves). Some positive things I found after I cut was that my chest turned out great and looks big and has a nice shape to it (thank you genetics) and my arms turned out pretty well too, having good definition and relatively good size (17.25 inches pumped) my quads turned out well and my upper back looks good also. In this quick video I #39;ll share my cutting experience and what I learned from it. Please like, comment and subscribe for more great informative videos and I #39;ll be sure to have a posing video out very soon 🙂
