See the IVF and Pre-Implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD) procedures in a reproductive In vitro fertilization (IVF) laboratory at Advanced Fertility Center of Texas. The video shows every step of the process inside in vitro fertilization laboratory. It begins with egg harvesting and sperm analysis and preparation, goes into egg fertilization using ICSI, embryo development and embryo biopsy for preimplantation genetics diagnosis. Under the direction of Dr Michael Allon and Dr. Dmitri Dozortsev you will have an opportunity to look inside of the state of the art IVF laboratory and see an unedited footage of intracytoplasmic sperm injection into the oocyte, the most advanced laser, opening up Zona Pellucida to enable access to the embryo for biopsy, loading embryos into the catheter for transferring into the uterus and vitrification of eggs and embryos that prepares them for virtually unlimited storage in liquid nitrogen. .
