Mary Crowley Cancer Research Centers is breaking new ground with targeted therapies using personalized medicine under the oversight of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Genomic patterns can differ in patients within the same type of cancer, which may account for the widely divergent responses to treatment regimens.
