Body Fat The cause of loose skin may change from person to person and its ability to go back to normal will be based on a variety of factors. This often happens after a drastic change in weight, commonly when weight is lost to quickly. Is it possible to non-surgically reduce loose skin? Well that is going to depend on genetics, age, amount of weight lost etc. This video will cover a few of those topics and my experience!
